Servi Baba-Aliq is the Founder of Elara Global Foundation and a Licensed Esthetician whose career has been shaped by compassionate care, dignity, and a commitment to personal well-being. Through her professional work and service to others, she has developed a deep understanding of how kindness, patience, and meaningful support can strengthen individuals, families, and entire communities.
Her firsthand work with children with autism had a lasting impact on her life and strengthened her belief that every child deserves to be understood, encouraged, and given the opportunity to thrive. That experience inspired her to advocate for greater access to educational resources, developmental support, healthcare, and compassionate services for children with autism and developmental disabilities, regardless of where they live or their family's financial circumstances.
As Founder, Servi provides the heart and humanitarian vision behind Elara Global Foundation. She is dedicated to supporting children and families, strengthening hospitals and healthcare access, and bringing hope to people facing poverty, crisis, or hardship. Her leadership is grounded in empathy, personal experience, and the conviction that effective charitable work must protect human dignity while creating lasting opportunities.
Servi believes that compassion has no borders and that meaningful change begins when people choose to care for one another. Through Elara Global Foundation, she works to build a global community where generosity becomes action, vulnerable voices are heard, and every person is treated with dignity, hope, and respect.
Danjela Bregu is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and dedicated holistic wellness practitioner with extensive experience in social project management, community development, and integrative health. Born in Albania, she combines a strong academic background in justice and wellness with a deep commitment to empowering communities and improving the quality of life for vulnerable populations.
Throughout her long-standing career in the natural health sector, Danjela has spearheaded initiatives promoting natural wellness protocols, therapeutic nutrition, and innovative approaches to physical, mental, and emotional well-being. She is also the co-founder of international nonprofit initiatives, where she works to build meaningful bridges between humanitarian assistance, sustainable development, community education, and long-term empowerment.
In her role as Co-Founder and Co-President of Elara Global Foundation, Danjela provides strategic leadership focused on developing international partnerships, securing global donor support, and implementing high-impact social projects for children, families, and underserved communities. Her vision is rooted in the belief that sustainable progress begins by empowering individuals, advancing natural health, protecting human dignity, and ensuring social equity for all.

Juljeta Baba-Aliq serves as Chief Executive Officer of Elara Global Foundation, bringing extensive experience in the legal field, organizational leadership, and human-rights advocacy. Her professional background has strengthened her ability to organize complex initiatives, communicate with diverse partners, and guide projects with accountability, compassion, and purpose. She also holds a certificate in human rights, reflecting her commitment to protecting dignity and advancing fairness for vulnerable communities.
For more than 20 years, Juljeta has devoted her time to community service through nursing homes, Big Brothers Big Sisters, We Are The Hope, Pinellas Safe Harbor, and Toys for Tots. These experiences shaped her understanding of the challenges faced by children, families, older adults, and people experiencing hardship, while reinforcing her belief that meaningful change requires both compassion and consistent action.
As a mother and advocate, Juljeta is especially committed to supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities, expanding access to healthcare, and creating opportunities for families with limited resources. As CEO, she leads the foundation's operations, program development, partnerships, and long-term strategy, with an emphasis on transparency and responsible stewardship.
