Juljeta Baba-Aliq serves as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Elara Global Foundation, bringing nearly two decades of professional experience in the legal field, advocacy, public service, and organizational leadership. She holds a certificate in Human Rights, reflecting her longstanding commitment to dignity, equality, and opportunity for vulnerable individuals and communities.
For more than 20 years, Juljeta has supported community organizations and humanitarian initiatives serving children, seniors, individuals experiencing homelessness, and families in need. Her volunteer experience includes supporting nursing homes, Big Brothers Big Sisters, We Are The Hope, Pinellas Safe Harbor, and Toys for Tots. As a mother and advocate for a child with autism, she also understands the challenges families face while seeking appropriate education, healthcare, services, and community support.
Juljeta’s vision for Elara Global Foundation is deeply personal. She believes that no child or family should feel forgotten while searching for care, safety, opportunity, or hope.
